Farm Shop Job VACANCIES

We are currently looking for 2 new members of staff to join our family business. You will be joining a small hard working team in our busy farm shop at Emley Moor.

Customer service is paramount in both roles as you will be working directly with customers on a daily basis. An outgoing personality is desirable, as is previous retail experience.

Shop/Fruit and Veg Assistant - permanent

You will be responsible for the fruit and veg section and will also be required to work in the shop. The main duties of this role are to fill, restock and rotate the fresh produce, checking the quality of the produce, monitoring and ordering stock and displaying the fruit and veg.

You will also be required to assist in the shop, which will include serving customers, stocking shelves, unloading deliveries and keeping the shop floor clean and tidy.

The role is full time, 5 days a week, Tuesday to Saturday. Hours are 8am – 4.30pm and Friday 9am – 5pm, you will also be required to work some Bank Holiday Mondays.

Shop/Deli Assistant - permanent

You will be required to work on both the deli counter and in the shop. The main duties of this role are to fill, restock and rotate stock, maintaining hygiene & food safety, while serving customers, and dealing with customer requests in a fast, effective and friendly manner while assisting customers with products and recommendations.

You will also be required to assist in the shop, which will include serving customers, stocking shelves, unloading deliveries and keeping the shop floor clean and tidy.

The role is full time, 5 days a week, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and a Saturday or Sunday on alternate weekends. Hours are 8am – 4.30pm and Sunday 9am – 4pm, you will also be required to work some Bank Holiday Mondays.
